If you have received a failed payment email, the system will retry charging your card on file three more times. So if your card is having a temporary issue and will be resolved within 2-3 days, then no need to take action - the card will be charged by the system automatically.

 

If you have a new card or would like to change the card on file, please email the team at [email protected]. We’ll send you a new subscription invoice you can pay online.
